River City Christian School is fully accredited through the International Christian Accrediting Association (ICAA). The purpose of the ICAA is to assist Christian educational institutions - preschool through postsecondary - in the improvement of education within its Christian distinctives by establishing an organizational witness to their credibility of performance, integrity, and quality.

River City Christian School is a member of the Texas Association of Non-Public Schools (TANS). The primary purpose of TANS is to look out for the best interests of nonpublic schools in Texas. TANS has been a strong advocate of non-public education in Texas, involving itself not only in legislative affairs, but also in issues involving the Texas Education Agency and the State Board of Education.

River City Christian School is a member of the Oral Roberts University Educational Fellowship (ORUEF). ORUEF is a professional service organization that provides networking opportunities and support services to Christian preschools, elementary, secondary and Bible schools. ORUEF seeks to instill within member schools an enthusiasm to be responsible and reputable leaders in the field of education: professionally, academically and spiritually. The goal is to strengthen Christian schools while enjoying the friendly exchange of ideas and dialogue among Christian school leaders, teachers and staff.

River City Christian School is a member of the Learning Disabilites Association of Texas (LDAT). LDAT is a not-for-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to advancing the education and general welfare of persons with learning disabilities. LDAT was chartered in 1963 to stimulate public and private action to meet the needs of these individuals. LDAT is affiliated with the national Learning Disabilities Association of America and local affiliates across the State of Texas.

River City Christian School is a member of the Texas Christian Athletic League (TCAL). TCAL is dedicated to organize, stimulate, encourage, promote, and increase the Kingdom of Christ through academic, and ministry programs. We shall further endeavor to use all means to develop character in the students, teachers, and coaches in our league. In doing so, it is our commitment to foster a spirit of fair play, good fellowship, true sportsmanship, and wholesome competition for young men and woman.

River City Christian School is a member of the Independent Schools Association of San Antonio (ISA). ISA represents a group of concerned independent school leaders who value excellence in independent school education in the San Antonio area. ISA is designed to provide a forum for collegiality and information sharing among independent schools.
